Graduated in Law, with specialization in Civil Procedure and Negotiation Techniques.

 

Juliana Fontão Meyer has more than 20 years of experience, 17 of them in one of the largest and most respected (mainly in the area of civil law) office in Brazil. Lawyer with experience to be combative when necessary, has vast and solid knowledge in strategic litigation and conflict resolution, dealing with complex disputes, with special emphasis on family and succession planning (Family and Succession), as well as in matters related to intelectual property, corporate, the industry of consumer goods, automotive, pharmaceutical, civil construction, engineering, health insurance, hotels, among others, in the administrative and judicial scope, in all instances.

 

Juliana Fontão Meyer has extensive experience in distribution contracts, commercial representation, service provision, supply, commercial partnership, co-branding, brand licenses, among others.

 

It works with a focus on the client's business to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with legislation through the preparation, analysis and review of Internal Policies, as well as the preparation of Agreement Policies aimed at reducing the portfolio of lawsuits and costs.

 

In-house experience in a consumer goods multinational, working in the Legal Marketing area, managing projects and innovations related to the company's brands, with a focus on compliance with legislation and risk mitigation. Preparation and review of various contracts, especially partnerships, brand license contracts, service provision, hiring celebrities and influencers. Strong performance in administrative procedures before CONAR, as well as inquiries related to intellectual property.

 

Graduated in Industrial Design to understand the business of clients looking for the most complete and conscientious solution possible.  

 

To contribute to the profession, taking its values of ethics and transparency, he worked for nearly 10 years in positions at OAB/SP.

 

Former Rapporteur of the XX Disciplinary Panel of the Court of Ethics and Discipline of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section.
